Over the past year, manufacturers have tightened their return under warranty policies. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation in order to facilitate the process and ensure proper application of your warranty.

As of January 2012, all parts under warranty sent back by your company to Tecnico Chauffage Ltée through one of our technicians, warehouse operators or truck drivers must bear a duly completed return tag. You can obtain return tags from our customer service counter and/or receive them with your order. Please fill out the appropriate section(s) related to your particular warranty. Instructions are provided at the top of the tags. If information is missing, the part will be returned to you with the note « Incomplete ». If all the necessary information is provided, the warranty will be applied by the manufacturer and the credit will be issued within a reasonable time.
